There are three ways you can submit a recipe:
Email your recipe to Kris Chase at
kris(at)stpaulsneosho.org.  If you are typing the
address, substitute a "@" sign for the "(at)."  
You can send it as a document or an image (if
you scanned it).  All of the usual text and
graphics formats are fine.
